What a waste of time and money...have these Jobsworths nothing better to do with their time other than with a mindful eye to justifying their own cosy council jobs..hav'nt they heard of recession and how it impacts on real people trying to make an honest living in these times of austerity, nothing like trying to make life harder for those that actually have to pay their exorbitant salaries and fund their over generous pension pots...one day there will be no one left earning money to pay for their beaurocracy and they'll be standing along side us in the dole queue.
Man it annoys me....Do they not already Issue Taxis and PH with Plates and signage for just such Identification purposes ????
