I've got no faith in the one i've got, all he has done so far is hire a barrister and missed court twice.

Google taxi licensing lawyer and see what comes up.

how many times do you get to find this out,Suzy Bloggs wants a taxi, her boyfriend jimmy smith has decided to send her home whilst he stays in town, so jimmy rings in, can i have a taxi, in the name of Smith going to so and so, Jimmy Smith dissapears leaving Suzy Bloggs waiting for the cab
so the driver has not picked up Smith but Bloggs on her own, and she didnt book it

Then they wouldn't get in my cab ! If they were on their own I'd ask 'your not going to so and so are you ?' Eventually it'd become clear that someone else had phoned on their behalf. Simple rule, if the name or destination don't match what I've been given they don't get in.

I had that feeling that it was a set up, now write to the chief constable and ask him to check the phone records of the 2 that brought the charges , and ask him to pay your defence teams fees
