When the licensing department tell us not to refer customers to them for complaints of overcharging, dangerous driving, sexual advances, sexual assaults etc etc?

Score is they know who is likely to be doing it and the law grants diplomatic immunity to them so it's not worth the taxpayer pound chasing it up.

Grand place now isn't it, they were warned years ago, they knew best, now they can eat their own growth.

I would do as Sussex suggests....get the number of the Chief Executive and tell passengers to phone him perhaps advise that the licensing department didnt want to handle the complaint. :badgrin:
