No, you have got a DSA taxi test pass, you don't need another one.

Get the council to confirm in writing that you do and the TDO massive will remind the council you don't.

No LA will accept an existing current recent CRB will they?, oddly a COUNTY council will (for escort badges)

And what about the Cotswold council and the Berwick case? :-k

Will the Cotswold Council have the balls to do the same as Shropshire Council are doing at present with the stream of applications coming from drivers in Birmingham?

Indeed, but if he 'forgets' to inform the LA of his change of address - which is probably quite common until renewal time, which of course he won't be doing anyway - then they might never know what's happening anyway.

In the Shropshire Council cases it's the aggrieved council [Birmingham] that are informing them and of there duty as per the Judge's statements towards the end of the Stockton written judgment.

And Shropshire are acting as per that directive in the Stockton judgment; refusing to license and in those cases that have already been licensed revoking those licences.

Thanks Brummers - I kind of missed the point on that one, and I hadn't even been drinking

Must summon up the fortitude to read some of those legal cases some time. :-s
