please help advice needed ph are parking up next to our rank at the station the ph have an office there across from our rank and sometimes have up to ten cars parked 10 foot away next to our taxi rank plus they park in and block disabled parking bays, this has been going on for years and the council refuse to move them saying its private property we have even sent them the east bourne stirling case and qouted the public heath act 1925 we have moved on to the stage of complaing to the c e of the council and local mayor and mp our next step will be the onbudsman but i could do with more info if anyone can help

If, as the council say, it is private land, have you complained to the land owner?

Other than getting the local press involved you're doing the right thing by complaining to the Ombudsman.

Might be worth videoing the situation and banging it up on youtube, to share with the world.
