from our LO/LA...

till now a badge renewal required a CRB check (£45?), with the fee being included in the £140 cost

i asked if the DBS "update" option (me paying £13) would mean a £45 reduction in the badge fee

he seems oblivious to the fact the old CRB annual check was included in the badge fees and there wont be one if i pay £13 a year "update access"...........................
