I note youve NOT replied to these questions so i will assume your on yer own, well theres yer big mistake Barristers start at about £200 an hour ?? and clearly your legal skills dont exist ...............represent yerself CRAZY
Are other drivers supporting you financially

or is it the norm dog eat dog
anyway wish you luck looks like yer need it

TT, I note that you have not read the very first Post in the thread!
If you had you would know that I got a discharge, £15 Victim Surcharge and £2,000 costs against me. You would also know that I have lots to put up on this and, when it's done I will let you know. It did not help me, it may help you or others in a similar scenario.
I am only in one Union, been married for 30 years. When I first started as a Taxi Driver I was for a short time in the GMB, but I found them to be a waste of time. I am in the local Association and therefore the NTA.
I was represented by a Barrister.
I would not want other Drivers to help me with footing the Bill and nor would I expect it.
Drivers have suggested a protest, I had to point out that a protest about me could be seen as a Contempt of Court, I have suggested that a protest with the aim of securing more Rank space in the area that this is all about would be of more use and see me joining wholeheartedly.
I will continue to put the documents up, but it is time consuming and I really am under the weather, toothache and the side effects of the Penicillin, so I would ask you again to bear with me please.
