As this is an act of public indecency you will not be offered the option of accepting a caution,it would most probably will be dealt with at the magistrates court.

An offence of this nature can mean problems when applying for a visa to visit or work in certain countries.

If it's your first time you will always be offered a fixed penalty.

It was a random example to explain that not excepting a caution, or in this case fixed penalty, isn't always a good move.

However in respect of the indirect effects of any caution/FP/court decision, we are all liable for our actions. If folks don't act like tits, then folks don't need to concern themselves with the issues in respect of visa requirements.
