I know that Ethnic images lose their definition - it could look like anyone. Tbh I think that there should be a reasonable amount of info on the badge just to make sure that the driver is the actual person who should be driving the vehicle.

Why make it easy to counterfeit the badge - we do not want to make it easy for the cowboys & the passengers need to have the correct person driving the vehicle.
