Are your licensing departments still working from home?

Can you tell the difference between now, and pre covid?

Anything else not working as well as it was?

Some are still working from home.

TBH it's not always down to the licensing officers, in many areas the bosses and councillors are happy for them to work from home as they want to work from home as well.

Councillors round here have always worked from home. We don't have offices. Our Council have also always used "hot desking" so staff just use any desk and there are not enough desks for all the staff to work from the office. Since the pandemic the Chief Executive has asked many staff to use "hybrid working" so they are often working from home now.

I think some of ours are and some are at the office on a rotational basis....that said they are all doing their job as they always have, and in all fairness we have a very good licensing team that I for one am very thankful for.
