It is probably the automatic check carried out by taxiplus. Drivers in my district are checked every 2 weeks automatically by taxiplus. However it is on the check as an officer of the Council. I think this is wrong and should be recordeed as automatic by taxiplus. I don't know if taxiplus charge our council for every check or if the council only pay when they acces the taxiplus date supposedly twice per year.
I am still going backwards and forwards trying to get the difinitive answer.

They are a business set up to carry out checks on drivers DBS and DVLA licenses on behalf of Council licensing departments. It supposedly save Councils time on carrying out the checks themselves. Of course they charge Councils for doing this and I have arguerd with our lot that it is probably going to cost more because the checks if carried out directly by the Council are free.

ahhh, that makes sense, WV said it must be a DBS site error...lol
