LIVERPOOL, THE CAPITAL OF ROADWORKS,..........WHATS THE DEAL WITH CAB RANKS IN THE CITY CENTRE, WITH ALL THE ROAD WORKS GOING ON IT MAKES IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ON A RANK, AND IS MAKING OVER-RANKING A PROBLEM ON THE ONES YOU CAN GET ON. THE RANK IN QUEENS SQUARE IS ALMOST HALFED NOW...........I REALISE THAT THE ROADWORKS NEED DOING, BUT COME ON.............

Vote for a different party at the next local election. If enough folks do that then things may change.
