Without a doubt, game set and match to Cab Direct.

Of course it helps when the bosses boy is a barrister.

The Council were given until W/C 7th Sept to lodge an application for an appeal. Did they?

Absolutely no doubt about that now, after this judgment.

AND, the LTI is now well & truly out of the game!!

Which one are you going to have Mr Skippy?

There's a big choice out there now ..... there's the Peugeot, Hyundai, Citreon, Fiat, Nissan, Mercedes, Renault, VW, Vauxhall all nice big WAVs.

Much better than the LTI ..... about £5k to £10K cheaper too, depending on which models you compare.

Does your council license WAVs or is it just a personal choice that you are a non-WAV, non-DDA approved cabbie?

Get the Skoda one then, because your council's exemption is dead in the water after this judgment.

What's your opposition to WAVs anyway Mr Skippy41, or is it that you don't mind a WAV as long as it's a Skoda WAV?
