I see, so having a proper hackney means 25 mpg?

So for every £25 people pay £6 odd in fuel?

Do texaco own LTI?

from our regs..............

They may, or may not apply to PH, but it can never apply to HC as there are no HC operating provisions in any act.

In other words no law, therefore no breach is possible.

We were told that we could only have landline numbers displayed on our HCs. Are you sugesting that this may be incorrect?

CC, I look at it this way.

You get say 50 mpg, I get 30mpg out of a WAV. So how many gallons can I then get from the £100 per week rent that I do not pay...........that you do................swings and roundabouts come to mind :)

Toots that is the point. As a hack I pay nothing! I work off of the streets/ranks, and I do fine.

I had one period due to circumstances when I had to have a radio/data head. During the 5/6 weeks that I had it, I can honestly say that I was no better off.
