It seems that the inevitable has happened. One of the Micra PH cars has been written off.

Driver working nights had a non-fatal accident on Wednesday.

I expect it will be in local paper this week, if it is I'll post the link to the article.

When they see this I suspect the council might have a rethink on their policy of licensing vehicles that have no obvious escape route for passengers, after being involved in an accident. However I suppose they could always climb through the window, providing they could kick it out?

well, has he still got his wheel trims?

Me thinks somebody is taking the p**s that's not a plated vehicle on the Wirral. Whilst I dispair at some of the choices of Ph drivers for the vehicles they choose to drive 2 doors are not allowed on the Wirral and if they are it's cos the licencing have taken to drugs, but, then again nothing would suprise me. Anyway back to the vehicle, where's its plates?, anybody can stick mags on a vehicle the kids do it for laughs

I thought it was a little absurd, especially considering it had no license plates but let this be a lesson to any council who might just be hoodwinked into licensing something that presents a safety problem for passengers. I suppose that's why many councils require some seats to be removed from certain licensed vehicles?
