Things have changed a bit in Chester since this video was made.

We now have successfully applied for and been granted a new Hackney Rank on the left side of the road opposite the existing one.
It was quite easy to show the need for another rank here due to the high demand.(As shown in the video)

We also have new Night time enforcement officers who are supposed to work until 4am.

Makes a nice change from sitting across the road watching PH after PH get loaded illegally. It seems after all that customers just want to get into the nearest vehicle regardless of what it is and whether it is booked or not.

It's been like that for years, some things never change
