After a lot of stalling on the councils part, tried moving goalposts etc. I took council to court (3hr court), where the Sheriff judged in my favour, with expenses and put it back to Council taxi liscencing for reconsideration, where I was granted my liscences back.

I just now need to get a suitable car, not easy after being on benefits for over a year.
