One of our local companies has a small limo ( 7 seater) which they've just resprayed in pink and recruited 2 lady drivers to drive ( both have badges though) car used to be plated but not been replated for use unless theyve hidden the plate I can't see it

I was at a meeting this week with warrington b.c. and they told that there would be some changes to the way pink ladies is run in october so watch this space.

I think they will basically told to get licensed as a PH or HC, or be shut down.

They've removed the official Council door stickers.

Not pre-booked
= no insurance
= no ride

but still have Private Hire Only on they're doors.

I took a girl to work the other day who, along with her mates uses them most of the time.
When i explained that they are mostly un licenced vehicles she was amazed, and vowed not to use them again on safety grounds.

There's nothing to stop ordinary PH companies froming a "Pink" division using theyre Lady drivers. We have half a dozen lady drivers ourselves, the only draw back is the dragging to jobs.
Much easier to have the confidence of your women passengers as a company as a whole.
We have thousands of regular women who will only use us because they always have, and know most of the drivers.

I'll bet if someone started a "Blue Boys" cars, they'd get plenty of work!
especially if they only wore little jocky's!!

Myself, i'd proberbly make more money from charging from the sickies if i wore one!!
