Because within the GMB are some decent, hard working taxi and private hire people......I dont always see eye to eye with them but they are trying to do the best for their members.

In actual fact I havent actually read the GMB condone touting, indeed, they actually condemn all illegal activities.

They like to call themselves Private Hire, but as soon as no ones looking and it gets dark they are touting for business outside pubs and clubs all over town. They are immigrant, cant speak English, sex attackers, obv not insured or road legal, they usually have bad breath and yellow eyes, they wear shiny suits. They are represented by the GMB.

I can only assume by your contradictory comments that these chaps are not actually licenced PH drivers and I can then only assume that they would not be represented by any legitimate body let alone the GMB. I of course could be wrong and just be having one of my infamous blonde moments

AddLee are the biggest PH in town and their drivers constantly tout at night.

I will not say a good word about scabs I hate them, anyone who doesnt agree with me is a scab and shouldnt be here, this is a taxi driver site not a touting scum site.

I suppose Im gonna get people telling me how professional the PH is now, well save your breath, I know what they are like, I see them every night, touting on the streets

Far be for me to shatter your illusions of PH, but, you have to consider there is a world outside London. I think I am also right in saying that this is a site for the trade and that includes PH, Limo providers etc etc. We are all entitled to our opinions.

Just for the record I am not an immigrant, I do speak English, I am not a sex attacker, I am insured and road legal, I do not have bad breath or yellow eyes and finally I certainly do not wear a shiny suit.
