Taxi Driver Online :: View topic - Pink Ladies still doing a houdini.

Pink Ladies are still offering a taxi service but I'm puzzled as to why? To me and my learned friends in the high court I think such a service of hire or reward would be exposed for what it is but I wonder why warrington council have closed their minds to the illegal activity?

If i can pay for badges/plates/insurances/medicals and be restricted to my max number of passengers why cant they?

Surely the Law should be brought in to protect the General public from such downright Rogues..

If LO's and LA's can nick PHV taking flag downs, which must entail walking the streets,etc, how is it that catching such a high profile outfit as a pink ladies limo proves so hard?

WOW, I'm gobsmacked. I never knew that Pink Ladies wasn't a proper licenced thingy ding. Well I'm all licenced up do you reckon I'd do good to start up a firm and call it 'for girlies only' except I can't stand female passengers mostly they're an absolute pain in the a*se :lol:

thats a joke ........ we dont have any enforcement down here, so how can they catch them if they are not out stopping the rest............

as ive said before if you want to make money come to warrington.. no plates needed, take any flags, open a office where you want, drive on slicks whatever NOBODY CARES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and along as the private hire ( or pinkies) in warrington are not upset

It should be Illegal to run Pink Ladies on Several grounds...First of all Its blatantly Sexist, had it been a men only service the Bra burners would have ben up in arms Immediately. Secondly its a Damn sight more dangerous to hop in an Unlicenced Vehicle, A Licenced Hack or Ph is vastly preferable to any unlicensed Vehicle or driver....are these Pink Ladies living within a Bubble of Perpetual Blonde moments. theyre more dangerous to women than the Legal alternative ever could be. Surely the Law should be brought in to protect the General public from such downright Rogues..
