I got mine from the British Library at Weatherby, the new stationary copy is not nearly complete

did you know its victorian?

Sussex the act does not even apply to private hire!
in those days you would have been drummed in court for ilegaly plying for hire

so i wouldnt have to aplly to the council to to ply for hire then just a police commissioner
