We are leasing 20 pda's for our owners and drivers we are a ltd company with shareholders and non shareholders who pay us for the shared running costs of the company (a fairly standard set up). 2 of the shareholders left and kept their pda's one claimed it was his and refused to return it and despite a visit from the police he still refuses to return it to us WTF do we do now? 
Any thoughts apart from violence?

What was written down in his contract? Is the PDA locked to a particular sim card? And other points I'll think about when I'm able!!
