do licensing authorities have to procduce results of there operations when they carry out spot checks on licensed vehicles, if so where do they have to display or do we have to request it many thanks |

many thanks I would send your council a FoI Act request asking for the details of the spot checks.

Try asking them without making it a Freedom of Information request, initially. That way you may get a faster response. FoI requests have to be dealt within 20 working days, ie about a month. They will use all of that time even if the info requested is available immediately. |
