any one work in bury................ they must have special rules on ph i was behind a transit with ph plates on plate no 666 ............ nothing strange in that until u read lic for ten passengers not eight, but it was a bury bc ph plate............... something i dont know about up there |

Bury, and all the other licensing authorities, have no powers to license a vehicle for more than 8 punters. Methinks you were

I know that but I checked the plate 3 times it said no of passenger 10 |
