Has anyone come across a private hire operator that has insurance with aviva being prosecuted with driving without insurance when being caught illegally plying for hire. :?:

This company seems to be sticking up for ph who are acting illegally.

Maybe the taxi trade should be putting pressure on them to add a condition to there private hire policy that states pre booked only :?:
