Has anyone come across a private hire operator that has insurance with aviva being prosecuted with driving without insurance when being caught illegally plying for hire. 
This company seems to be sticking up for ph who are acting illegally. Maybe the taxi trade should be putting pressure on them to add a condition to there private hire policy that states pre booked only
