Isn't that their problem, they should be out there doing what they get paid for doing, and I am sure the police would stop him, if seen.

Im new to the business and dont want to be seen as a troublemaker.

Im told he is a bit of a know it all and some guys say he thinks he is above the law so we would like to bring him down a peg or two.

So wouldn't a quiet word be more appropriate, perhaps this driver doesnt know he can't carry 6.
