You may find that TDO's admin may be overdrawn at the bottle bank, a law suit over comments wouldnt be very welcome, and i can just bet all comments are diverted/shown to the relevent person/department

I did name the chair of the committee that would have dealt with this but that's gone with the rest of the thread. Perhaps Alex will explain when it suits him

It was moved when it became apparent that Cllr Elizabeth Anne Mays wasn't the chair of the committee.

I've amended the thread and put it back on.

However as she is still a councillor in that district she, along with all the other do nothing councillors, still deserve the grief they are getting.

We all make mistakes.

BUT!!

You really do have to ask the question why those on this Forum that live, work and are licensed in that area did not pick up immediately that the councillor that was named as chairperson of that committee did not in fact hold that position.

An immediate warning to TDO Admin by those members that should know the composition of their Licensing Committee would have been most appreciated, , instead of having to rely on Ms Toots, who lives, works and is licensed over 100 miles away, to find out and warn the Forum that the wrong councillor had been put in the frame almost a week after the error on the thread had first been posted.

We all have a collective responsibility!!

I didn't rely on Ms Toots, I relied on the Leader of the Council who himself gave the wrong councillor as Chair of the committee.
