Talking to a PH vehicle owner who is on a birmingham circuit who was telling me about some of the "private" jobs he takes, i.e. hes the principle, the jobs not gone thru his base, but hes hasnt got an ops licence...............

What if he books his jobs in through the base is he then ok?
I dont think he is,I think he needs an ops licence?
What about insurance,is he insured?

as ive said before, law enforcement is someone elses job, not mine (unless im getting paid to do it)
