Talking to a PH vehicle owner who is on a birmingham circuit who was telling me about some of the "private" jobs he takes, i.e. hes the principle, the jobs not gone thru his base, but hes hasnt got an ops licence............... oh you naughty boy |

What if he books his jobs in through the base is he then ok? I dont think he is,I think he needs an ops licence? What about insurance,is he insured? |
