I have had a good look around the world on the web, why are we the only country in the world that has PH.
Some have a PH in a sense but they are only company's who have limos, for special occasions

I defo got in a PH last time I went to main line Spain.

And don't the US have PH called Gipsy cabs. :D

It was in Salou, and the traditional cabbies were giving out flyers telling punters not to use them.
