Can any one say what the general rules are in relation to taking a hire , taking into account that one has dropped off a hire at the Railway station and on his/her way back to his own licensing area his controllel gives him a call in the licensing area he is in at that time to take a call in that licensing area Can PHV take a Phone call or e-mail message from a person outwith his or her area directly

Can PHV take a Phone call or e-mail message from a person outwith his or her area directly ![]() What do you think is the answer to your own question? pickup. I have regard to the fact that you may be asking the question because you may be unsure of the legalities surrounding the scenario you present but it would be interesting to know what you personally think of the question you pose. What do you think is the answer to your own question? pickup. I have regard to the fact that you may be asking the question because you may be unsure of the legalities surrounding the scenario you present but it would be interesting to know what you personally think of the question you pose. My thinking is you can quite legally pickup if you are directed by radio/phone or am I as confussed as Ithink I am
