hi all... we have a driver here who was found guilty of violent crimes, he has to notify the la of his conviction, can thet revoke or suspend his badge immediatly or not, if he makes an appeal against the conviction can he still carry on working until appeal decision is made |

They can suspend immediately, it all depends on the nature/context of the conviction. I suggest he makes an appointment asap and talks to the LO about the issue. As for the outcome, who knows but it doesn't look good. |
