committe hearing this week, my question is this
if operators license and drivers badge suspended or revoked, i know that you can appeal the committes decision but can you still carry on working straight away

As long as they don't think you or the vehicle are a danger to the public.

So if your motor is safe, and you aren't being done for sexual or physical assault, then there is no good reason why you can't carry on working whilst you go through the appeal process.

Which they obviously do because he's been allowed to carry on working pending the committee hearing.

so when we go to the hearing, the committee decides the punishment, if they revoke the licenses and badges, we obviously appeal the decision can we go straight back to work after the hearing until appeal is sorted

breach of licensing conditions with regards to a vehicle, so want to revoke license plate for that vehicle and license plate for another vehicle i own which has nothing to do with this, and to see if i am fit and proper to hold operators licence and taxi drivers license

You have 21 days to appeal to a magistrate from the date you receive the notice in writing.....depending upon how busy the magistrate is, maybe 3 months after that before appearing in front of them.

If you want somekind of advice theres a firm on the NTA website in the partners box ads at the right......its the bottom advert for TMA.
