Can anyone tell me if there is Legislation or a Statutory Instrument that lets PH carry 8 in addition to the driver.

Thank you for giving the request a moment of your valuable time.

8+1 is the limit for PH or HC anyway

9+1 is D1 upto 16+1, 17+1 and over is a full D licence

Yes, it's called the 1976 Mis Pro Act.

Yes I had that much, your para 48 in the big wide world and our para 5 in Plymouth, but somewhere in later Legislation, or maybe in a statutory instrument, it actually says 8 as a maximum, and that is the thing I need to nail.

But sincerely, thanks for your interest.

Why would it need to be in a statutory instrument if it's already in the act? :?

Need to know because one part of our Authority who do not have their finger on the pulse issued a whole bunch of TRO's quoting the 1976 Mis Pro Act.

An act of genius......

......'cause we don't come under it. So they don't count!

So we have to list accurately all the "Cock ups" and get it corrected.

BTW Toots not squared, how's things?
