After many months of waiting this was originally to be published sept 2010 SKDC has published their draft licensing policy which includes afge limits for cars and the penalty point system http://www.southkesteven.gov.uk/CHttpHa ... d=4845&p=0 75 pages to trawl through and only a couple of months to get written suggestions for amendments in but at least its now out there
