. . . to the judgment relating to mis-sold Personal Protection Insurance by the banks? This judgment was apparently handed down in April this year and whilst it isn't taxi related, many TDO member could benefit from knowing exactly what was stated in the judgment and how far PPI could be claimed back. Is it the usual six years or longer? Is it from the date of commencement of the loan? Or is it within the term of the loan, if the loan was taken out more than six years ago, but is still being paid off? This information may well be contained in the judgment. |
