Today I visited the Licensing Officer of a neighbouring district to discuss an executive car company that I have got them to prosecute twice in last four years. The Licensing Officer told me this 'Now they don't have any licensed vehicles I can't do anything about them, it is out of my hands' Discuss |

The Licensing Officer told me this 'Now they don't have any licensed vehicles I can't do anything about them, it is out of my hands' Discuss Unless the firm is exempt then surely it's his duty to enforce the rules, particularly when the matter has been brought to his attention. Did he say on what grounds they weren't licensed Tom? |
