Perhaps the law commission should make all councils to only issue licenses to people living in the district,I think east Lindsey council did this some years ago.sorry brummie you will have to move home.

The reason these chaps were refused were on the basis that they said they wouldn't be working that area. Not that they didn't reside in that area, if that rule was law then there would be no black cab drivers in London. |

What is the size of your current fleet.if they only issue licenses to people living in that area,what would the size of your fleet be then.no more derby,Nottingham,Mansfield,bolsover,ripley,berwick drivers working your area. |
