Post subject:  Altering a vehicle at the behest of a LA
How many have have "endorsements" attached to vehicle licences?

i.e. a Renault Espace plated for 5 passengers but "end seat middle row must be removed"

??????

if i alter or modify a vehicle id have to tell my insurers surely?

If the seat is removable then it is hardly a modification.

I take it you have one of those daft councils that remove perfectly good seats from a vehicle that has been M1 tested with them all in

well it had a 4 pass licence with no endorsements, but changed on appeal to 5
