I hope your joking actually Sussex Man.

Individuals will never have the resourses to overturn any decision made against them, they have to form an association and gain the backing of a National Group, the actual UNIONS are amongst the groups available but are by no means the only option.

I find it strange that YOU woud be so against drivers forming powerful groups to fight the hypocracy that is most Licensing Authorities, maybe it shows where your true loyalties lie.

Locally I think that individuals or small associations can effect decisions in their manors a lot more easier than say 10 years ago.

Just look in your local rags about buildings, roads etc.

Nationally it's a little different, but that's the same for the big unions. One side of parliament hates them, and half of the other side is frightened to be seen to support them, cos they might lose votes.

Yes Sussex of course your right, you've obviously been involved with every type of group and have learned through experience how each and every one of them actually work. I would never suggest that you would have formed such a strong opinion on your own in-accurate asumptions.
