Im looking to purchase a plated/licenced hackney carriage from Kendal, Can anyone point me in the right direction? :? I've been thinking of purchasing an already licensed taxi because it would be a lot less hassle VS licensing an Astra 1.7 CTDI 2008. :-|

I don't see the point of buying a plated vehicle unless the area is restricted :?

May I suggest you go down to the main rank(s) and ask the lads down there.

Or better still buy a motor, take it to the council and license it yourself.
