your MOTHER would need the Ops licence as you arent on the electoral register

probably

(the issue is with a residential property used for a base, and the LA might notice she hasnt got a vehicle...)

why not plate HC for York?

you could get your own PH ops licence at home in York and advertise your services in Harrogate but are the phone codes different?

an 0800 on divert could do it...to your mobile

and wait at mums

on our ops licence application we have to list the vehicles working through it, and its £40/yr per car, max of 2 from a residential address

not cheap, so keep calls short...lol

Orange used to offer a geographical (land line looking) number

adverts in Harrogate papers could use mobile numbers i suppose

and email enquiries can come straight from your website to your smartphone

ideally i would love to live and work in harrogate but the difference between my car and a mercedes under 5 years old is about 9000 pounds wherever i have been a taxi driver i have always done quite well on my own because of the mercedes people use you because of the car and obviously my charming personality

they are more than likely to not rock the boat, they wont go through parliament to repeal two acts and create a new one
