I have seen pictures on here of Rutland plated vehicles being used on PH circuits in Manchester but how many other areas also have Rutland plated vehicles working. There are now 2 companys in my town who are plating their vehicles in Rutland to get around the age restriction and the fact that an MOT is all that is required to get a plate. In Rutland to plate as a Hackney you don't even have a meter. |
