Hi all does any one know when you can re apply for a taxi badge after its been revoked, it was revoked as driver was allready on a final warning for common assalt, then did not tell council for 3 points for whilst driving on a mobile, and also been arrested, but nothing became of the arrest he was found not guilty in a magistrates court , but the commitee said he was not fit and proper as he did not operate in clear and transparent manner,,,,,,, any advice cheers |

ha yea unlucky i guess just wondered if there was a time scale if he keeps a good record clean crb we was thinking a few years maybe!!!!

ok thx maybe a bit of hope left in a few years time one more thing how long does a criminal conviction of common assault last until spent or is that up to the council |

I would contact the council concerned and ask for a copy of their enforcement policy, and a time-scale for him to re-apply. |
