It would seem to me that some Councils are not uesing Sec 61 2(b) lawfully.
The Association is dealing with One or Two matter were the driver consirned as had is License revoked. minor issues.

the problem you dont know who''s on here so won't go into details but would be intrested in any one out there who as delt with any issues of missuse of Sec 61 2(b).
