Can anyone please point me in the right direction for the legislation that permits a PH or HC to pick up and set down passengers on double yellow lines? Especially those with 2 yellow slashes on the kerb too. Our LA is going bonkers with its new camera car. One lad I think has copped it proper because he was waiting on yellow lines by a cash machine while the punter got some money for the fare.

Basically it allowed London PH to pick up and drop off on red lines.
