This might have been asked before, but how does someone go about getting an appeal in front of a magistrate?

The problem could be over any aspect of driver / vehicle licensing at the local licensing council

go to the magistrates court and ask (and i'm not being flippant, they'll guide you through it)

Don't forget to take your wallet. There will be a charge.

Take a copy of the refusal/condition/decision you wish to appeal against.

Not sure, but I would guess it's between £100 and £200.

Suggest you pop into your local Mags Court and ask.
