I looked at a neighbouring LA's website which has a list of every plated hack...

the odd thing is the list doesnt show who owns each car but does show the base it runs through, yet i thought hacks were officially lone wolfs/masters of their own destiny..........

also, i cant see any that arent affiliated to a base, some must be somewhere
