Not sure if this has been covered.

Is it legal from our point of view to allow a passenger to operate one of these devices within a cab?

This is not a back door question as I do not smoke.

I'd say it is legal as it does not come under the Smoking ban rules as it is not a Tobacco product.

100% legal for driver or passengers.

I wouldn't personally use it with passengers aboard but not illegal.
